Each of the two Inukshuk Bookends in this set consists of two 6" X 4" panels of 3/8" jade glass and a frosted jade glass 5.5" Inukshuk The iconic Inukshuk, emblematic of the traditional nomadic Inuit of the eastern arctic, is symbolic of cooperation and interdependence. Includes bilingual romance card with the following description:
"Stone figures built to resemble humans, Inukshuks (an Inuit word meaning "in the image of man") can be found along Canada's northern shores from Baffin Island to Victoria Island.
