Our company's philosophy is that all employees from entry-level to managers and executives should be recognized for the hard work they put into their jobs. We designed recognition awards for the managers of the United States Postal Service, and the final product is an award that truly captures the essence of appreciating hard-working employees.
The theme of these recognition awards is "scaling new heights." These centerpieces are sculpted to give it a jagged and rocky appearance to it; the etched graphic shows a person scaling the side of a mountain, correlating with the award's theme.
Two pieces of crystal form part of the award's centerpiece. The backdrop piece is clear crystal where we engraved the U.S. Postal Service name and the managers being awarded; you'll also find a hiker scaling the mountainside. The second part of the centerpiece is a frosted rock formation.
