Recognition awards are small gestures that have a profound impact on employee/ employer relationships. When Red Lobster separated from their parent company, Darden Group, they wanted a fresh and new look for the crystal lighthouse they were presenting. That's where we came in.
Working closely with associates at Red Lobster, we designed a crystal award for them that captured the personality of the company along with the new direction they were going in.
The centerpiece of this award is a detailed lighthouse, an immediate eye-catcher. The entire award piece is 11 inches tall; it rests on a clear crystal base that has fine details etched onto it. Finally, the Red Lobster emblem has been etched onto a crystal banner held by two crystal posts.
The process of making custom awards always involves you. It's our goal to make awards that reflect a company and its culture, as we did with Red Lobster.
