Due to the heating process of the acrylic, we can embed materials such as metal, wood, glass, and even some liquids! Once the item is chosen and the design approved, we surround the item it with the liquid Lucite and place it in a high-pressure oven. This process removes air bubbles and ensures the acrylic is crystal clear. After baking, the hardened custom acrylic award is then cut and polished to the perfect shine. We then add any additional decorating to the outside, such as full-color printing and personalized engraving.
